Walnut Hills is looking for compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our full-time night team.

What You’ll Do

As an RN or LPN on our night team, you’ll help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and consistent care throughout the night. You’ll:

• Provide hands‑on nursing care and develop meaningful relationships with residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established care plans.
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or needs.
• Respond appropriately to changes in residents’ health and communicate concerns to the appropriate members of the care team.
• Supervise and support CNAs while promoting a positive team environment.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain resident safety and follow infection prevention and control standards.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Advocate for residents and help ensure they receive dignity, respect, comfort, and quality care.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a nurse who combines strong clinical skills with a genuine desire to care for older adults.

• Current, active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio in good standing.
• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, organization, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a dependable member of the care team.
• A compassionate and respectful approach to resident care.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with CNAs and other team members.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
