Job summary

The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Broadview Heights, OH, is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join The Willows, our new exclusive behavioral unit. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents for changes in physical, emotional, and behavioral status.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized plans of care.
• Provide a calm, supportive, and structured environment for residents.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Follow all facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on The Willows, our new exclusive behavioral unit.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building relationships with residents and is interested in providing care in a specialized behavioral setting. Previous behavioral health experience is preferred but not required. Nurses with a genuine interest in behavioral nursing are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Details

• Full-Time RN or LPN

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

What You'll Do
