Job summary

The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Broadview Heights, OH is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join The Willows, our exclusive behavioral unit, on a full-time night shift.

You'll provide resident-centered nursing care, administer medications, monitor status, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized plans of care in a calm, structured environment.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license
• Behavioral health, psychiatric, or related nursing experience preferred
• Nurses with an interest in behavioral health nursing encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care

• Monitor residents for changes in physical, emotional, and behavioral status

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on The Willows, our new exclusive behavioral unit.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building relationships with residents and is interested in providing care in a specialized behavioral setting. Previous behavioral health experience is preferred but not required. Nurses with a genuine interest in behavioral nursing are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Details

• Full-Time RN or LPN

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

• Three 12-hour shifts per week

• Assigned to The Willows – our new exclusive behavioral unit

What You'll Do
