Job summary

Heights Care & Rehab in Colorado is seeking a skilled, compassionate LPN to join our night shift team. You will provide direct nursing care, clinical oversight, and supervise CNAs to ensure outstanding resident care while medications and treatments are administered per physician orders.

You'll work overnight with Wednesday–Saturday availability, enjoy flexible scheduling with additional hours, and have opportunities for advancement within a supportive leadership culture that values teamwork,

Qualifications

• Active Colorado LPN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Dependable, organized, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight during the night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly identify changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure outstanding resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Help create a safe, positive, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.

Schedule Availability

We are currently hiring for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Night Shifts.

Applicants may choose a schedule that fits their needs, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime available.
