Job summary

The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Broadview Heights, OH, is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join The Willows, our new exclusive behavioral unit. This full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) involves three 12-hour shifts weekly and a focus on resident-centered care in a specialized behavioral setting.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• Interest in behavioral health nursing encouraged.
• Strong communication and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents for changes in physical, emotional, and behavioral status.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized plans of care.
• Provide a calm, supportive, and structured environment for residents.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Follow all facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
