Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a compassionate RN to join our skilled nursing team. The RN will provide high-quality care, supervise clinical staff, and ensure resident health and safety in a rehabilitation setting.

This full-time role offers daytime hours (7:00am–7:00pm) with rotating weekends and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. You will assess plans, administer medications, document accurately, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to promote a resident-centered

Qualifications

  • Current, active RN license in good standing.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
  • Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to physicians and team.
  • Supervise LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation per facility policies.
  • Respond to resident emergencies and provide nursing interventions.
  • Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and inter-disciplinary team.
  • Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
  • Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.

Education & Licensure
