Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time day or night shifts with rotating weekends. The role includes assessing and planning resident care, administering medications, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

Standard hours are day 7:00 am–7:00 pm and night 7:00 pm–7:00 am; a $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time RNs. Candidates must hold an RN license, CPR/BLS, and have strong clinical and documentation skills in a post-acute care

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation per facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement.
• Maintain compliance with regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Experience

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
