Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate nursing team and provide high-quality care to our residents.

As an LPN, you will work DAY and NIGHT shifts (7:00am-7:00pm and 7:00pm-7:00am) on a rotating weekend schedule, administer meds, monitor residents, complete documentation, and collaborate with the healthcare team to uphold safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
