A senior living community in Gainesville, Florida is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care and ensure the wellbeing of residents. Candidates must complete a nursing program, have a Florida nursing license, and possess strong interpersonal and supervisory skills. Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing program at an accredited school of nursing.

RN/LPN Position Summary

Registered Nurses, or RNs, and Licensed Practical Nurses, or LPNs direct the function of our nursing staff. Registered Nurses/ Licensed Practical Nurses effectively communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other care staff to ensure the optimal wellbeing of the resident. RNs administer professional nursing services, including setting up and passing medications, observing the five rights of medication administration, monitoring for medication effects and/or interactions, participating in resident care planning, recognizing and identifying changes in resident’s condition, responsibly communicating and providing routine and non-emergent care to residents. RNs are an essential part of our community, providing the best life and care for our residents.

RN/LPN Job Qualifications and Requirements
