Adena Health System is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool. This full-time night-shift role covers Chillicothe, Pike, Fayette, and Greenfield, with ratios of 1:3-4 in PCU and 1:5-6 in Med Surg. You will deliver direct patient care, collaborate with the care team, and contribute to our community-focused mission.

Position Highlights

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) -Float Pool
• Salary: Hourly rate based on years of nursing experience/education
• Work Life Balance: Full Time (3 shifts/week), Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) - Every third weekend required
• Patient Ratio: 1:3-4 for PCU and 1:5-6 for Med Surg
• Location/Department: Chillicothe, Pike, Fayette, and Greenfield (Float Pool)

What You’ll Do

The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient’s plan of care; while creating an atmosphere that supports our vision: To be our regions’ most trusted partner in healthcare. The Staff Nurse, RN as the primary care giver provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other care team members, the physician and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others. The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
