Job summary

Alliance Health Group is seeking RNs and LPNs to join our float pool across 13 skilled nursing facilities in the Piedmont Triad region. You will provide bedside care, administer medications, and adapt to a changing shift environment to support resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing and NC nursing license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced float pool across facilities.
• Patients-focused with compassionate and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and document therapeutic effects.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Administer medications and injections; monitor effects.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care and support nursing staff.
