Alliance Health Group is seeking registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to join its float pool in North Carolina. The role offers shift flexibility across 8- and 12-hour shifts with day and night options, emphasizing resident-centered, quality care in a multi-facility setting.

Qualifications

• Willingness to make a difference
• Associate degree in nursing
• CPR certification up to date
• Current NC nursing license
• Strong customer service and staff training
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor

Responsabilités

• Provide bedside care and document therapeutic effects
• Take vital signs (temp, BP, pulse, respiration)
• Assist with resident comfort
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas
• Collect samples and monitor catheters
• Provide wound care
• Coach and support other staff as needed
