Job summary

Benedictine is seeking an RN/LPN float to provide care across various Benedictine communities within the region. The role requires current nursing licensure and the ability to travel between facilities, with supervision from an RN to ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include initial data collection and applying Relationship Based Care principles. English communication is required. Clinical experience is preferred and benefits are offered for eligible associates.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As an RN/LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

• The RN/LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The RN/LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• RN/LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Current State licensure as a Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
