Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to float between Benedictine communities across the region. You will provide quality care under RN supervision and adapt to residents' varied needs at multiple facilities within the upper Midwest.

The role requires current LPN licensure, clear English communication, and preferred clinical experience. Travel is required to support residents and teams across Benedictine regions.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
