Job summary

Benedictine is seeking an LPN (Float) to provide quality care across multiple Benedictine communities within the region. The role requires travel to facilities and collaboration with a dedicated team of associates and residents under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include initial data collection, applying Relationship Based Care principles, and delivering care within the Benedictine region as needed. Must hold a current LPN license and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to travel within Benedictine region to provide care.

Responsibilities

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.
As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
