Job summary

Benedictine is seeking an LPN (Float) to provide quality, supervised nursing care across multiple Benedictine facilities within the region. You will travel to supported communities and collaborate with RNs, associates, and residents to meet diverse care needs.

This role requires current Practical Nurse licensure in good standing and ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Clinical experience is preferred, and you will join a not-for-profit organization guided by Hospitality,

Responsibilities

• Perform initial data collection on all residents.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.
As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
