Job summary

The Springs of Covington Health & Rehab in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an experienced RN/LPN to provide direct nursing care in a full-time, on-site role. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and document clinical information in line with policies.

You will assess health statuses, respond to changes, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arkansas RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and prompt response to changes in resident condition.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and medication administration.
• Ability to supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to resident-centered care, safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and repositioning residents.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent; continuing education valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and administer medications.
