Good Samaritan Pipestone, a not-for-profit provider of senior care, is seeking an RN for a part-time shift in Pipestone, MN. The role focuses on applying the nursing process to deliver individualized resident care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.

The RN will coordinate care, assess residents, educate families, and may serve as charge nurse. A valid RN license and ongoing competencies are required, with sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate, and perform nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to staff.
