Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group is seeking an LPN in Payson, UT to provide nursing care in a Maple Dell facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer care, and supervise CNAs in a team-driven environment.

Requirements include a Utah LPN license, strong assessment and communication skills, and the ability to work with an interdisciplinary team. Shift differentials apply for NOC and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in Utah.
• Clinical assessment skills to meet job requirements.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care laws/regulations.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Basic computer skills, including email use.
• Proven written and oral communication skills.
• Proven decision-making and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude toward aging population and cooperative with others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise CNAs and other personnel.
• Maintain compliance with policies under ADA and related laws.
