Cedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN/LPN Charge Nurse to supervise care delivery and oversee nursing staff under the Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include ensuring quality resident care and adherence to facility policies.

The role requires RN or LPN licensure, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, CPR certification, and a professional, confidential approach. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN with current state license.
• 1–3 years related supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives to improve patient experience, workflow, and work environment.
• Complete assessments of residents at admission and discharge.
• Supervise nursing staff assigned.
• Document services rendered to residents for billing purposes.
• Make daily rounds to monitor resident care and status.
