Complete Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care in a long‑term care setting. The role includes supervising CNAs, administering medications, and coordinating physician and family communication.

Formación

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Charge nurse/supervisory experience required.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff on duty to ensure safe, regulatory-compliant resident care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
• Assess resident conditions, document vitals, update care plans.
• Communicate with physicians and families; coordinate weekend coverage.
• Address changes of condition promptly and document protocols.
