Job summary

Southern Crescent Technical College is seeking an experienced instructor to lead the LPN/Paramedic to RN Bridge (ASN) program under a HRSA grant. This 11-month, full-time position at the Butts County and Jasper County centers involves teaching in classrooms and clinical settings, with a 40-hour work week and an additional designated one-month off period.

The candidate should hold a Master’s in Nursing or be progressing toward a graduate degree, possess RN licensure in Georgia or eligible, and

Qualifications

• Must have a nursing credential with advanced degree progress or completed Master's in Nursing.
• Credentialed to satisfy instructional and administrative standards by accrediting bodies.
• Must hold current Georgia RN license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Teach and fulfill classroom and clinical instruction requirements.
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with program goals and standards.
• Evaluate student progress and document outcomes.
• Manage supplies and budget requests for the program.
• Maintain program accreditation and state licensing documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance in training areas.
• Engage with students, staff and external stakeholders for program success.
