Southern Crescent Technical College in Georgia seeks an LPN/ASN Instructor for an 11-month HRSA grant funded role. The position combines classroom and clinical instruction at the Butts County and Jasper County centers, with a focus on bridging LPN/Paramedic to RN pathways.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Nursing (or progress toward one), is credentialed for teaching, and has at least three years of recent professional nursing experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or progress toward earned graduate degree with relevant experience.
• Must be credentialed to satisfy accrediting bodies.
• Current unencumbered Georgia RN license or eligibility.
• Minimum three years of professional nursing experience in the last seven years.

Aufgaben

• Teach and perform non-teaching duties as assigned.
• Prepare lesson plans for classroom instruction and clinicals.
• Evaluate student progress toward goals and curriculum objectives.
• Maintain required documentation and reports for accreditation and licensing.
• Ensure safety, recruit, retain, and assist with job placement activities.
