Family Pillars Homecare in Clewiston, Florida seeks licensed RNs or LPNs to provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes across the area. You will perform wound care, IV therapy, medication management, and patient assessments while coordinating with physicians and the care team.

Day and night shifts are available. Candidates must maintain HIPAA-compliant records, keep up with CEUs, carry a valid Florida nursing license or compact license, and have reliable transportation and a clean driving

Qualifications

• Must have valid RN or LPN Florida nursing license or compact license.
• Must have valid BLS card.
• Must have Florida required CEUs.
• Must have physical health form within the last 6 months.
• Must have copy of a neg TB skin test results, chest X-ray or Quantiferon-TB Gold test results.
• Must have level 2 background clearance.
• Must speak English clearly.
• Must have good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.
• Only professional and punctual individuals need apply.

• 12hr Day and Night shifts are available
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support

• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
• We pay W2 Employee or 1099 allowed. (1099 requires Liability Insurance).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.
• MUST HAVE VALIDBASIC LIFE SUPPORTCARD.
• MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.
• MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
