Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is seeking registered nurses to provide skilled nursing visits in a homecare setting in Florida. The role offers 12-hour shifts and opportunities for extended clinical support, with a focus on wound care, IV administration, and medication management.

You will monitor patient progress and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans. Applicants must hold a valid Florida RN license, BLS, Florida CEUs, and a recent physical health form.

Qualifications

• Must have valid RN Florida license.
• Must have valid Basic Life Support card.
• Must Have Florida Required Ceus.
• Must have Physical Health Form within the last 6 months.
• Must have a copy of a NEG TB skin test results, Chest X-ray or QFT-Plus results.
• Must have Level 2 Background Clearance to verify in ACA.
• Must speak English clearly.
• Must have good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
