• Must have valid RN or LPN Florida license or Compact license.
• Must have valid Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
• Must have Florida required CEUs.
• Must have a physical health form within the last 6 months.
• Must have a copy of negative TB test results, chest X-ray or QFT-Plus.
• Must have Level 2 background clearance.
• Must speak English clearly.
• Must have good driving record and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.
• Only professional and punctual individuals need apply.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.
• MUST HAVE VALIDBASIC LIFE SUPPORTCARD.
• MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.
• MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
