Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare in Clewiston, Florida seeks licensed RNs or LPNs to provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes across the area. You will perform wound care, IV therapy, medication management, and patient assessments while coordinating with physicians and the care team.

Day and night shifts are available. Candidates must maintain HIPAA-compliant records, keep up with CEUs, carry a valid Florida nursing license or compact license, and have reliable transportation and a clean driving

Qualifications

Must have valid RN or LPN Florida nursing license or compact license.
Must have valid BLS card.
Must have Florida required CEUs.
Must have physical health form within the last 6 months.
Must have copy of a neg TB skin test results, chest X-ray or Quantiferon-TB Gold test results.
Must have level 2 background clearance.
Must speak English clearly.
Must have good driving record.
Must have reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
12hr Day and Night shifts are available
Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
Monitor and document patient condition and progress; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
