Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare is seeking dedicated registered nurses to provide skilled visits, wound care, IV therapy, and medication management. You will assess patients, document progress, and coordinate with physicians to update care plans in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

We offer 12-hour shift options and a supportive team to ensure quality patient care. English fluency, a valid Florida RN license, BLS, CEUs, and transportation with insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid RN Florida license.
• Must have valid BLS certification.
• Must have Florida required CEUs.
• Must have physical health form within the last 6 months.
• Must have copy of negative TB skin test or chest x-ray or QFT-Plus.
• Must have Level 2 background clearance.
• Must speak English clearly.
• Must have good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments.
• 12hr shifts are available.
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
