Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities.

The LPN/RN will provide premier services to individuals in our care, including medication administration, daily living support, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Per diem and weekend opportunities available, with competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

Responsibilities

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.
