Position Overview

People, Incorporated is a human service agency serving the Southcoast community. Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24‑hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities.

Available Positions and Rates

WE ALSO HAVE PT / PER DIEM AND WEEKEND WARRIOR AVAILABLE

LPN Part/Full Time $36.50 / Hourly | LPN – Per Diem $32.00 / Hourly

RN Part/Full Time $43.50 / Hourly | RN- Per Diem $40.00 / Hourly

LPN WEEKEND WARRIOR $42.25

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, family visit facilitation, medication distribution while maintaining human rights.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans.
• Use de‑escalation and crisis management techniques when required to maintain safety.

Requirements

• Valid MA LPN or RN license.
• Pass criminal background check and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Complete TB screening and Physical upon hire and TB update every two years thereafter.
