TB screening and a medical physical at hire, with TB update every two years.

Responsibilities

Provide a structured daily routine including house meetings, outings, meals, ADL care, and medication distribution.

De-escalation and crisis management may be required to maintain safety.

Let People Incorporated Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24 hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities

Responsibilities

On a daily basis this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings individual outings meal preparation ADL care facilitate family visitations and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all timesThis position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service PlansAt times de escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others

Requirements

MA state valid LPN or RN licenseA qualifying criminal background check and a valid drivers license are also requiredA TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
