Job summary

Alliance Health at Coleman House in Northborough, MA is seeking RN and LPN professionals to join our clinical team. We offer 7-3 shifts, weekend availability, and per diem options, in a not-for-profit skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license and current state licensure.
• 1 year of Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and flexible shifts.
• Willingness to work extended hours, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulations.
• Be available for extended hours, holidays and overtime as needed.
