Alliance Health at Marie Esther in Marlborough, MA is actively seeking RN and LPN professionals to join our dedicated clinical team. Per diem opportunities exist across all shifts, with a strong emphasis on night and overnight coverage to ensure continuous resident care.

Full-time staff may qualify for a $5,000 bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on geriatrics within a not-for-profit long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN or LPN license required.
• 1 year experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care preferred.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary care team and handle night shifts.
