Broad Reach Healthcare in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and families while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in a warm, team-oriented setting.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Broad Reach Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. In this role, you?ll provide consistent, high-quality nursing care to residents who call our community home. You?ll build meaningful relationships with residents and families while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity each day. • Observe, record, and report changes in resident conditions to the clinical team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff.

• Follow all facility, state, and federal regulations for long-term care.
