Job summary

RegalCare at Courtyard in Medford, MA is seeking RN/LPN Charge Nurses to join our team. Full-time, part-time, and per diem openings on all three shifts. Experience is not required and new RN/LPN grads are welcome.

Candidates must possess a valid MA LPN license in good standing. RegalCare requires COVID-19 vaccination and adheres to relevant laws. RegalCare is an equal opportunity employer.

• Proficient in documenting patient intake and care activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing nourishment.
• Help Residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe Residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Abide by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of Residents and Facility data.

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident’s beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

11pm-7am
