Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to accurately assess residents' health status on admission and throughout care. You will develop dynamic, interdisciplinary care plans and document all interventions, while communicating updates to physicians, residents, and families.

In this role you will ensure timely SBARR-based physician notifications, assist with ADLs, and maintain composure during crises, contributing to safe, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Education from an accredited school of nursing resulting in RN licensure.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses residents' health status on admission and ongoing basis.
• Communicates care plans to the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families.
• Documents assessments and care plans accurately and timely.
• Develops dynamic care plans with nursing interventions and orders.
• Monitors care plan delivery and updates as needs change.
• Notifies physicians promptly using SBARR communication tool.
• Maintains composure during crises and supports immediate problem resolution.
• Assists with ADLs and resident care as needed.
