Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practice state.
• One year of long term care or subacute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate care and education within the assigned setting.
• Caring for patients across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks per competency.
