Job summary

Ideal candidates have an Florida RN license and 2+ years in long-term care, with strong clinical skills, empathy, and reliable EMR documentation practices. Fingerprinting clearance is required for employment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care based on individualized plans.
• Administer medications and treatments with accurate documentation.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, compassionate care.
• Educate residents and families on health management.
• Maintain accurate medical records including EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement and staff development.
