Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care - Willow Springs in Tooele, UT is seeking amazing nurses to join our team in our beautiful facility. We offer shift differentials for NOC and weekend shifts, supporting dedication and flexibility for our caregivers.

This position focuses on delivering compassionate nursing care, assessing resident needs, creating individualized care plans, and supervising support staff in a respectful, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Utah or an active LPN license.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary care team.
• Basic computer literacy including email use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents in a nursing unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise CNAs and other staff as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve quality outcomes.
