Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care - Willow Springs in Tooele, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care on a nursing unit. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and oversee CNAs and staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active Utah RN license, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work with an interdisciplinary team in a long-term care setting. Shift differential payments apply for NOC and weekend shifts as part of our compensation.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Utah.
• Demonstrate clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations relevant to long-term care.
• Effective interpersonal skills for interdisciplinary care teams.
• Basic computer technology, including email use.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven decision-making and analytical abilities.
• Positive attitude toward aging populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to a group of residents in a unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise CNAs and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and CMS/ADA policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
