Job summary

Sanford Health in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care for patients of all ages.

The role requires a graduate nursing program, an unencumbered RN license, and involves night shifts on a full-time schedule. Sanford offers a strong benefits package and a sign-on bonus up to $40,000.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs; may require multistate licensure under NLC.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, assess patients, provide education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
