Job summary

MercyOne Centerville is seeking an experienced RN to join our Long-Term Care team, delivering compassionate, resident-centered care and building meaningful relationships with residents. You will be part of a close-knit unit that values compassionate care and professional growth.

As an RN, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and educating residents and families about care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for serving seniors and providing exceptional resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments.
• Supervise and support nursing staff.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
