• Execute physician-prescribed regimens per nursing practice guidelines.
• Provide leadership and direction in supervising nursing staff as needed.
• Communicate patient condition changes to the health care team.
• Adhere to universal precautions for infection control.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being through effective care delivery.
