Job summary

MercyOne Centerville is seeking an experienced RN for our Long-Term Care unit in Centerville, IA. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess and plan patient care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

This role emphasizes education for residents and families, supervision of staff, and upholding dignity and quality of life for residents in a rural care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for serving seniors and providing exceptional resident-centered care.
