Job summary

Bridgeway Health and Rehabilitation Center in Phenix City, Alabama, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor status, and collaborate with physicians and therapy staff to deliver high-quality care.

The successful candidate will hold an active Alabama RN license, have experience in long-term care or rehab, and demonstrate strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident condition and vital signs
• Document accurately and timely
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff
• Support residents with daily care needs
• Participate in care planning and family meetings
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Train and support new nursing staff
