Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, with preferred CPR/BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.
