Signature HealthCARE of Spencer County is seeking an experienced RN to join our skilled nursing facility. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure patient safety and quality care in a 120-bed facility.

We value teamwork, strong documentation, and adherence to federal and state regulations. CPR/BLS preferred and knowledge of EHR systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role.
• Strong documentation and medication administration skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides on the assigned shift.
• Monitor residents and notify the physician and responsible party of changes.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy and procedure.
• Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
