Aufgaben

• Review all patients from all points of entry for clinical bed needs.
• Collaborate with Bed Board Associate on bed assignments and throughput plans.
• Collaborate with Infection Prevention to maintain infection control in bed assignments.
• Collaborate with Case Management to ensure appropriate Patient Status Orders.
• Coordinate with unit leadership to ensure prompt discharges and address barriers.
