Job summary

IV Nutrition is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team in Round Rock, TX. The role combines clinical oversight, sales leadership, and client relationship management to deliver exceptional IV vitamin infusion services and a superior client experience.

You will support staff development, improve client retention, ensure compliance, and collaborate with the Clinic Director to drive clinic performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Active California RN License required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing staff and ensuring excellent client care
• Drive client retention and membership renewals
• Coach team members on sales conversations and client relationships
• Support clinic revenue goals through exceptional client experiences
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulations
