Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• TX RN license on hire.
• BLS/CPR required within 14 days.
• NRP within 6 months.
• Stable program within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and provide nursing care meeting physical, psychological and spiritual needs.
• Design, direct, evaluate and document plan of care and discharge goals.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures and report changes.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Give and receive Bedside Shift Report to ensure continuity of care.
